Yoshika Evans, BS

Yoshika is originally from Japan, Hiroshima, and has been living in the United States for about 10 years. After working for a range of office-based jobs, such as a real estate company, local college, and a foodservice company in the US, she came to realize her strength is in keeping an eye on details and organizing numbers.
In her accounting roles, she streamlined payroll by transitioning the company away from manual checks, assisted with AR collections, organized Quickbooks, conducted bank reconciliations, and worked on financial performance improvement.
With her social work background, helping others is rewarding for her more than anything.
Alex Evans, PharmD, MBA
Alex is originally from North Carolina and is passionate about helping businesses improve their revenue cycle and streamline their finances so they can focus on their core operations.
As a project manager and performance improvement lead with Ascension Health, he helped standardize operations, maintain compliance, and improve operations for over 70 pharmacies nationwide.
In this role, he discovered and corrected a billing error that resulted in a recovery of over $500,000 in lost revenue. He also improved the cash register design, pharmacy labels, and workflow to reduce errors and streamline operations.
He is also the founder of www.PharmCompliance.com, which helps pharmacies with both compliance and operations, and is now excited to bring his education and training to other industries.
